We're having a summer full of fun. Our annual trip to the beaches of N. Carolina was just a few weeks ago and we had a great time. It was so much fun seeing Emilia with all of her cousins. Even now, when she sees a group of kids together she yells out, " My Cousins!!" . She thinks all kids are cousins :)
We've had weather much more like Florida than North Texas, with lots of afternoon rain showers. Below you'll see some pictures of Emilia doing a little rain dance. She had so much fun. And whenever it rains we move plants out into the rain for a drink. You'll see a little video of Emi moving the plants around in the rain while talking to them. She is so stinking cute!
Speaking of plants, today Emilia handed me a dandelion flower that was wilting, or as she said "My flower is melting". She is at such a fun age. She will start preschool in just about 6 weeks. We can't believe it. But we know she is going to love it. She can talk about nothing else!
Our sweet little girl has begun noticing new babies and their mommies and has started asking "Mom, please get a baby, please?". We really hope she has a little brother or sister soon. In the meantime we're enjoying spoiling her.
